Brad Norris

Following many years of managing the company’s sales efforts, Brad assumed the role of CEO for Norris, Inc. in October 2007. Always maintaining that honesty and integrity are the only ways to do business, he has accumulated more than 25 years of success using that approach and is widely respected having authored several articles in national trade publications over the years. A graduate of the University of Southern Maine in 1978 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, he immediately went into the restaurant business owning and managing the popular and successful New England Kitchen. Brad then joined his brother and founder of Norris, Inc., Harty Norris in 1983 and shortly after became a co-owner with him. Brad has designed and sold a wide array of systems and was instrumental in expanding the technologies that Norris, Inc. offers while developing strong relationships with high profile customers like LL Bean, USM, and Pratt & Whitney just to name a few. He is a former President of the Maine Burglar and Fire Alarm Assoc. and remains very active in many other industry trade associations. When not at work, Brad can often be found on the slopes of Sugarloaf Mountain in the winter or in Portland Harbor during the summer, chasing stripers or just cruising Casco Bay.
